There is no doubt in my mind that I could not have achieved our recognised standards of delivery without the services and management by Mostlane. We both rose to the challenge and have delivered some fantastic projects over the years. The overall performance for this contract was scored by the contract administrator as excellent and I take this opportunity to congratulate Mostlane on this achievement. The report covers a number of aspects, including time management, financial management, health and safety, quality of workmanship, management of sub-contractors, progress with defects, collaborative approach and assessment of overall performance.

On behalf of Winchester County Council please extend my thanks to your team for a job well done. This refurbishment project offered real challenges for both the project management team and our specialist contractors to which Mostlane have been the lead contractor.

We have worked with Mostlane on a number of schemes in recent years on both residential and non-residential sectors. We have always found them to be an excellent contractor with a friendly and co-operative attitude, hands-on approach by management staff and good attention to detail. We would be happy to recommend them for future schemes.

From the planning stage, through implementation and to completion, the work was carried out on schedule and to an exceptionally high standard. Not only that but whenever a site visit was undertaken by myself or my colleagues we were always welcomed by the individuals on site, who took time out to explain what they were doing and answer any questions that arose. As you are aware this was a quite complex adaptation and sometimes we had to be creative n delivering the specification required. This was also a seamless process.
